We can only rate the restaurant. Everything is right here. Starting with the own parking spaces over the beautiful furnishings up to the exceptionally friendly and competent staff. The cook is an artist. The not everyday dishes are a real taste explosion - and the best thing is the absolutely moderate prices.

For this rump steak with all its side dishes, the great service: in my opinion, you can only give five stars! For me it was really great, although the sun terrace was no longer free. TOP!!!!

A very nice little restaurant that we visited during a motorcycle trip. The service is impeccable, the dishes are hearty, well done, all at a very affordable price. Do not hesitate !

From the beginning to the end, this location is next to perfect. It is a family-owned restaurant and hotel. The serving staff is attentive, friendly, and treats each guest as if they were someone special. The chef prepares fantastic meals. Even the standard entrées have an addition of something in the preparation, be it a flavor or presentation that makes them memorable, and incredibly delicious. One should also ask about wines that are not listed on the menu, because they may have something surprising behind the scenes.

Exertional service and delicious food. Staff was amazing and supper friendly. The owner took the time to explain the menu to us in English and that was greatly appreciated. We felt very welcomed!!

Nice place. You can have a wonderful meal in the Café Rebstock. Very friendly staff. The food tasted great. Great ambience.

We had a delicious meal here, if you order snitzel you will get 2 large pieces of good quality, also with steak, a large portion is estimated to be around 350 grams. For the steak also delicious vegetables, potato croquettes, fries. The owner is a beautiful traditional dress and very nice. The table was really super nice and made festive.

Great food and great service. The english menu is greatly appreciated and the waiter was really kind. The food came fast, was delicious and plentiful. The restaurante had a nice Christmas decoration.

Ideal restaurant for Italians because the owner and chef speak Italian very well. The place is really nice. In addition, the dishes are very accurate, abundant and above all good. Definitely try it!

With family we been first time in Germany Oppenau.One lady of personal was not so freandly she start saying that we have to book table before (before that other lady invite as to sit without problem)we come not in nice maner.Just gave for 4 of as two seperate tables not comfortable places to sit.When we could not finde what we would like to eat she taled as not nise maner that if u drink you normaly have to eat in this restauran.But for this time ok.Probobly that lady was wery stresed just wishing her be relaxed and speak with any client nice and with Good manner.

We are from New York and we only experienced the restaurant portion of the Rebstock, but what an incredibly lovely place, serving absolutely delicious locally-sourced, extremely fresh Schwarzwald dishes, with service by a very warm, helpful, welcoming and kind staff! Truly one of the best experiences that we've had in Germany yet - and we've been to Germany quite a lot. They even managed to make our young 13 year-old feel extremely comfortable, excited and welcome - even though she was the only young person dining that night. For us that is a very big deal. It is an excellent introduction to the Schwarzwald (Black Forest) and a wonderful reflection of the Schwarzwald culture and the people. The restaurant and hotel are extremely clean and carefully, traditionally decorated. The owners and staff speak multiple different languages and are thoroughly invested in making sure that each guest has a wonderful and fulfilling experience. The dining room was full, but the chef came out to heartily greet each table of guests and get feedback on guest enjoyment of his dishes first hand - which is something that we've only ever experienced when we dine at 3-Michelin star restaurants throughout the globe. The owner of the Rebstock is a lovely woman and the Rebstock has been in her family for five generations since the mid-1800s. She works right amongst her staff serving guests, busing tables, hosting, etc - and is full of information and willingness to answer any questions that you might have about anything in the area. She was like a living history book! So extremely helpful and kind! In all we will absolutely and happily return. They had us wishing that we had booked to stay at this lovely little place!

Excellent – beautiful hotel beautiful surroundings novel location over river wonderful terrace over river for dining - very friendly staff. Despite the Brexit vote being announced the day of my departure they did not drive me into the street with pitchforks for wrecking the great European project. They smiled and said 'never mind it will all be OK.' I wish I shared their confidence.Oh yes and very nice fresh fish caught locally and beautifully presented with good wine. I am looking up the address so I can go there again one my return from the Balkans. I voted remain by the way. Ian Mutch
